Genesis
Joshua is a songwriter, music producer, arranger, DJ and vocalist from Singapore. Being a self-taught guitarist from the age of 11, he formed a rock band in his teens. Upon attempting to record his own band covers, he realized he had a passion for songwriting, music production, and sought to produce great music that the world could hear. Just like the musicians who have inspired him.
Pedagogy
Joshua believes that open communication between teacher and student helps open doors to creativity, a focused learning experience and to have fun in music making.
Students will learn how to write songs with catchy and emotive melodies, how to arrange music to fit their songs and the various tricks to spice up their recordings. They will also learn how to play and sing with the guitar, performance and be studio-recording ready.
